Job Description

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to office staff
  • Handle data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel with professionalism and courtesy
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls, coordinating room bookings, and managing office calendars using digital tools
  • Drafting and editing correspondence, emails, and memos
  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies to ensure uninterrupted office operations.
  • Assisting with the coordination of office events, meetings, seminars, and social gatherings as required
