What you’ll be doing in the position
- Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for executives and team members
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality of files
- Arranging travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries for staff as required

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
