Job Description
We have renowned hospitality management companies based in Dubai, UAE known for its commitment to delivering unparalleled luxury experiences to guests worldwide currently seeking to hire competent, reliable, and dedicated hands to join their team of dedicated room attendants.
- Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time
- Location: UAE (Multiple Locations)
- Salary Expectation: AED 2,000 – AED 3,500 per month (depending on experience and position)
What you’ll be doing
- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms according to established standards
- Making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and replenishing amenities
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
- Restocking towels and toiletries as needed
- Changing bed linens, replacing towels, and managing laundry operations to ensure fresh and clean linens are available for guests
- Conducting thorough inspections of guest rooms to identify any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns
- Providing friendly and professional service to guests
- Responding to inquiries, requests, and feedback
- Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay

- A keen eye for detail
- Ability to ensure thorough cleaning and organization
- Dependability and punctuality are essential
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced cleaning environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills,
- A friendly and courteous demeanor
- Prior experience as a housekeeper or cleaner in a residential or commercial setting is an added advantage
