We have trusted facilities management companies based in London UK known for its expertise in providing comprehensive maintenance services to commercial and residential clients are currently seeking to hire competent, dedicated and experienced personnel to work as Maintenance Workers.  

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time
  • Location: USA (Multiple Locations)
  • Salary Expectation: USD 15 – USD 25 per hour (depending on experience and position)

What you’ll be doing

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks and fixing broken appliances or equipment
  • Inspecting and servicing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
  • Performing minor electrical repairs and installations and troubleshooting electrical problems
  • Completing carpentry tasks such as repairing or installing doors, windows, cabinets, and trim using appropriate tools and materials
  • Assisting with landscaping and groundskeeping tasks including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and maintaining outdoor areas

What’s required of you

  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field,
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to diagnose issues, identify solutions, and implement repairs efficiently and effectively
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to perform tasks with accuracy and precision, ensuring quality workmanship.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Effective communication skills
